Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for your order! Please note that some of our digital services and PDF reports are custom-generated or processed manually. They are not delivered instantly at checkout.

1. Processing Timeframe

Because each order requires manual verification, external data retrieval, or custom compilation, please allow for the following processing windows:

  • Standard Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours during our normal working hours.
  • Peak Periods & Weekends: Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods may take up to 48 hours to complete.

2. How You Will Receive Your Files

We do not ship any physical packages. Once your data has been successfully processed and the PDF is generated, delivery will occur as follows:

  • An automated email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout.
  • This email will contain either a direct secure link to download your PDF file or the document attached directly to the message.
  • The sender name will appear as Lelong360 Malaysia.

3. Accuracy of Information Supplied

Since our team manually processes your order or inputs your data into external systems to obtain the final output, the accuracy of your results depends entirely on the information you provide.

  • Please double-check all text, numbers, and identifiers before submitting your order.
  • If you discover a typo right after ordering, contact our support immediately. If we have already submitted the data to our external system or generated the PDF, we cannot edit it, and no refund will be issued for user input errors.

4. External System & Third-Party Delays

Part of our fulfillment process involves interacting with external portals and third-party websites to retrieve your requested data. While we strive for speed, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Unscheduled downtime or maintenance on external partner websites.
  • Delays in data synchronization from government or corporate registries.

If an external system outage severely delays your order past our standard timeframe, our team will proactively notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate.

5. What to Do If Your Order Is Overdue

If your estimated processing window has passed and you have not received your document, please take these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder: Emails containing PDF attachments or external links are frequently flagged by aggressive filters (especially Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail).
  2. Verify your checkout email: Check your receipt to ensure there were no typos in the email address you provided.

If you still cannot locate your file, contact our Support Team with your order number, and our team will manually track and resend your document.
